Strongsville, OH 19834 Dell Dr is a beautiful free standing cluster home located in Strongsville, Ohio. More like a house then a condo, the unit does not share a wall with any neighbor. The Dells is located very near the center of Strongsville and many of the local amenities, such as the rec center and library, are a short walk or bike ride away. The Dells is an association of 36 free standing cluster homes off of Westwood Dr. This two story unit is approximately 1500 total square feet. The downstairs includes a very generous sized living room with sliding glass door to a private and wooded back yard. There is a half bath and formal dining room. The formal dining room includes a sliding glass door that opens to the front patio, and lets in plenty of light and air. There is also a ceiling fan and light fixture in the formal dining room. The kitchen is sized for a family with plenty of working space, counter space, and storage space. A new dishwasher was installed in 2007 and the refridgerator is included. The first floor laundry and mud room is adjacent to the kitchen, and includes a door to access the back patio and a door to the garage. New carpeting was installed throughout the living room, dining room and hallways in 2002, and the entire first floor was painted at that time. The laundry room was remodeled in 2007. The remodel includes new cabinets, countertop, cupboards and new flooring. There are hookups available for a washer and electric dryer and a brand new stationary utility tub is already installed. There is a large counter space that can be used to fold clothes or additional space for food preparation. The upstairs inludes a large master bedroom with its own full private bath and changing area. The builder was very generous with closet space in the master bedroom, and the closets include built in drawers. The Dells Association installed a new roof on all 36 units in 2006. The roofing project was substantial and included new decking, water proofing, gutters, gutter guards and of course, shingles. The Dells Association just completed a painting project summer 2008, where the entire association was painted on the outside. |
