The downstairs includes a very generous sized living room with sliding glass door to a private and wooded back yard. There is a half bath and formal dining room. The formal dining room includes a sliding glass door that opens to the front patio, and lets in plenty of light and air. There is also a ceiling fan and light fixture in the formal dining room. The kitchen is sized for a family with plenty of working space, counter space, and storage space. A new dishwasher was installed in 2007 and the refridgerator is included. The first floor laundry and mud room is adjacent to the kitchen, and includes a door to access the back patio and a door to the garage. New carpeting was installed throughout the living room, dining room and hallways in 2002, and the entire first floor was painted at that time. The laundry room was remodeled in 2007. The remodel includes new cabinets, countertop, cupboards and new flooring. There are hookups available for a washer and electric dryer and a brand new stationary utility tub is already installed.
